- 01Yes. However, please note that for residents outside of B.C., appointments are for consultation purposes only. While Dr. Natalie can prescribe and ship certain medications and supplements, your insurance coverage may vary by province. We strongly recommend checking with your provider regarding out-of-province coverage before booking.
- 02We do not offer direct billing. Families pay for services upfront and receive a detailed invoice to submit to their insurance provider for reimbursement. Because plans vary widely, please confirm your specific coverage details (especially for B.C.-based naturopathic services) with your insurer. You can find more details here.
- 03You are welcome to upload any previous testing or health records that you feel would be helpful. While many families choose to complete OAT or GI MAP tests prior to the intake, this is not required. We will discuss all necessary testing during your initial consultation.
